I agree with Gwyn in Chicago about the Smart Cardigan. I appreciate a designer who respects an engaged knitter - this design requires attention. Fitted - for me - that's what design is for. I also look forward to the special techniques and finishing touches - and I've always want to practice the bind off for ribbing - as I have never mastered it (even after 30 plus years of knitting!)I love the Dk yarn - it gives texture without thought - and I have always believed you need to let the yarn speak for itself. This sweater would be "smart" for the summer - whether it's an evening breeze or the office air conditioner blast. Thanks for letting us celebrate with you!
